These are low-drop shoes, which are great if you're looking to build foot strength, promote midfoot or forefoot strike, and decrease stress on your knees and hips. If you're used to cushioned shoes, start using these slowly, like ten minutes of walking a day. Please do a little research on switching to low-drop shoes, as you may experience calf tightness or Achilles tendonitis.

I bought this to rehab a broken ankle. They are like walking on cloud. In them of "cloud" comform they are a little more squishy than Fresh Foam More but they are also not $200.
