Reasons?
Pros:
- Graphics were decent
- Sound is decent
- Card system is fun ONCE YOU HAVE ALL THE CARDS. You can customize to play in the style you like.
- Different characters are available with different strengths which add to the whole "play the way you like"
- Copper is kinda fun because it encourages map exploration.
- Game play is decent.
Cons:- Doesn't have the eye for detail Left 4 Dead had
- Characters aren't as interesting or fun as Left 4 Dead
- Special enemies are kinda bad. Several of them look similar to each other and several of them are NOT fun to encounter because they're boring to fight.
- There's "progression" in the game which means if you play earlier missions you feel WAY weaker than later missions since you have less skills and your weapons are just worse.
- There's a lot of grinding for cards.
All in all when I played it, it was fun, but nothing great. I played it, beat it, and I personally would've liked to play it a bit more but my friends were like "we're done with it" (they didn't find it fun enough to continue playing). I wasn't THAT into it to fight for it - there's much better horde shooters out there. It did have some potential though. I can see it being much better had they made some significant changes to the special enemies and if they made the card system less grindy.Leave a Comment
