Best Buy is notorious for having one open box deal at one location that one guy got lucky on.
Also, my personal experiences with open box items at my local Best Buys has been horrendous. Unless the item is in horrible condition you can forget about any kind of deep discount.
It's hit or miss from what I hear but I got the hit.
I also bought the Sony Theater Bar 8 for $350 open box fair. It has a slight rip about 1/4 inch on top of the bars speaker fabric otherwise looks and works perfectly.
That's why I say especially if there are several available inspect 1 or 2 of them.
