I got one of these free from Lisen as part of a promotion. It's honestly a waste of time/money

Got one of these. Just randomly adjusts suction throughout the day, starts getting on nerves. I prefer the manual adjusting ones.

So... you have to plug it in every 7 to 14 days to charge it, otherwise it won't stick to your dashboard?

Giving this a go. The manual adjusting unit works great for about two months. Then it seems to lose its suction. Works great when it works.

Is it? The cables I bought from them are functional but feel cheap overall. The mag-safe phone mount for my car is kind of loosey goosey with keeping my phone in the same spot and it's about six months old. Overall, I'd say I'm satisfied with their products so far but it's not like their stuff greatly exceeds what you're paying.

You'd be better off using some old chewing gum than this junk

Damn, so it the manual or the battery-powered better and more reliable?

I actually prefer the non-electric version of this personally. I tried both but ended up keeping the manual suction one.
