The SoFi Down with Debt Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time/date of entry.
The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:00 a.m. PT on August 17, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes using one (1) of the two (2) methods set forth below.
One (1) Prize: The prize is one hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($100,000 USD) made payable to the winner.

- Check Your Personal Loan Rate: To check your rate, complete the registration fields, including your first and last name, state of residence, date of birth, citizenship status, homeowner status, and annual income range. A soft credit check will be made upon submission before showing your rate. Note: you do not have to be approved for or accept a personal loan to enter this Sweepstakes.
- Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without checking your Personal Loan rate, during the Sweepstakes Period, legibly handprint your full name, state of residence, email address, and age, on a plain 3×5 inch paper or card ("Mail-In Entry"). Mail your completed Mail-In Entry to Realtime Media, Attn: SoFi Down With Debt Sweepstakes Entry (12709), 2460 General Armistead Ave, STE 209, West Norriton, PA 19403.
One (1) Prize: The prize is one hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($100,000 USD) made payable to the winner.
