For those of you that are interested the TV stand is height adjustable. I watched a couple videos on YouTube and it can get plenty high enough for a sound bar.

The TCL QM7K is a bright mid tier 4K gaming TV that stands out for PS5, Xbox Series X, and movie use. The screen is praised for strong brightness, vivid color, good contrast, and solid speakers, with the adjustable stand high enough to clear a sound bar. The current $500 price is described as the lowest yet, and price matching at Best Buy or Walmart has worked smoothly. Main cautions are shipping damage risk, and direct TCL returns may require return shipping and a restocking fee.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes. Walmart matched the price after a call, and Best Buy has also refunded the difference when the TV dropped further after purchase. Best Buy Plus can make repeat price matching and returns easier, with up to 60 days for returns.

  • Yes. It's reported as a strong gaming TV for PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X, and PS5, with users calling the picture amazing and the set a great value for gaming. The 144Hz panel and bright Mini LED display make it a solid choice for fast games and well-lit rooms.

  • The QM7K is described as the better buy for about $50 more because it has a brighter screen, more dimming zones, better contrast, more vibrant colors, a slightly faster processor, adjustable stand, and better speakers. The QM6K Pro's main advantage is its anti-reflection screen.

  • Yes. The included stand is height adjustable and can be raised enough to fit a sound bar underneath. That makes it easier to use a center-channel or sound bar setup without needing a wall mount.

  • Buying direct from TCL can drop the price to about $475 with code WELCOME5. However, direct orders may not include free returns, and return shipping plus a possible restocking fee can apply unless the TV is defective.

I bought this TV about a month ago when it was on sale for $600. I went to Best Buy today for a price match and they gave me back the $100 plus tax. I've been enjoying this TV all through the World Cup, the picture is amazing and I'm satisfied with the Bang & Olufsen sound. I have a nice ULTIMEA sound bar system but decided to use it for a different TV.
Did they give you any trouble for it being past the 14 days return window? I just bought this tv for $600 on june 1

I have Best Buy Plus membership so I get price match and returns up to 60 days after date of purchase for whatever you buy from Best Buy. Even if the TV goes down in price again, I can price match it again. It's well worth the $30/year membership fee. They gave me no trouble at all with the price match.

Easily the QM7K is the better buy at $500 over the QM6K Pro at $449. What makes the QM6K Pro is the anti-reflection screen. Apart from that, the QM7K has a significantly brighter screen that can be watched in a well lit room, more dimming zones, better contrast, more vibrant colors (in my opinion), slightly faster processor, an adjustable TV stand, and better TV speakers. It's a $50 difference and if the screens are the same size, it's a no Brainer.

Agree except Costco comes with a total 5 years warranty and easy 90 days return.

Seems like direct from TCL doesn't have free returns - you have to pay for return shipping and likely restocking fee unless there is something wrong with it.

Yo! I just picked up the 75" version of this last night from BB. HUGE upgrade over my old 60" LG LED that I've had for years! First thing I noticed was how damn bright the screen was. Insane. So far I love it. Great for gaming and movies.
