Excellent grinder that I've used for years. Unfortunately the disc rarely if ever go on sale. The fastening and release are simple with the push lock and leaver to release. No variable speed or soft start, but those features are not something I need in a paddle grinder/ cut-off tool. If you're on the Makita platform and looking for a small grinder, I definitely recommend.
