256gb one has 8GB RAM
Community Reviews
The refurbished Galaxy S23 Ultra stands out for its flagship hardware, especially the 512GB model with 12GB of RAM, the built in Bluetooth S Pen, and a camera system that still gets praise for sharp shots and exceptional 10x zoom. The phone is also described as feeling like new in hand, with strong overall performance and a U.S. unlocked version that uses one physical nano SIM plus eSIM. The main cautions are shorter remaining software support, possible battery wear, and refurb quality that can vary, including reports of non OEM parts or mismatched screens. A strong feature set, but the remaining support window and refurb condition deserve a close look.
Common Questions (5)
The S23 Ultra is near the end of its update cycle: OS updates are expected to stop around February 2027 and security updates around February 2028. Samsung's support window for the S23 series is shorter than the S24 series, which gets 7 years of updates.
Yes, it includes a Bluetooth S Pen. That feature is a standout for the S23 Ultra because later Ultra models dropped Bluetooth support on the pen.
No. The listing is described as used rather than Samsung-authorized refurbished, with concerns raised about an old battery and unknown damage. If non-OEM parts were used and not disclosed, a return can be filed.
Yes. The U.S. unlocked S23 Ultra model has one physical nano-SIM slot plus an eSIM slot, while international versions may have two physical nano-SIM slots depending on the region.
Yes. The 512GB S23 Ultra has 12GB RAM, while the 256GB version has 8GB RAM. That makes the 512GB model the better pick if you want the extra memory along with the larger storage tier.

Phones and monitors are things I swear I will never buy refurb again.
I never said it was the same seller. But even if it's refurbished excellent, it's a good price. If it's a fake, ebay has pretty good protection policies so you'll get refunded
Same, ships out of the US though so returns should be easier

Definitely fake. New S23 Ultras are not shrinkwrapped in plastic. You see a lot of similar listings on FB marketplace.
Check for the eBay refurbished seal which gives you a 1 yr warranty.
