Phones and monitors are things I swear I will never buy refurb again.
I never said it was the same seller. But even if it's refurbished excellent, it's a good price. If it's a fake, ebay has pretty good protection policies so you'll get refunded

Definitely fake. New S23 Ultras are not shrinkwrapped in plastic. You see a lot of similar listings on FB marketplace.
Check for the eBay refurbished seal which gives you a 1 yr warranty.
