I was able to price match this to the LM2135sp (self propelled) at Lowe's via chat. Was skeptical they would approve it because this one isn't self propelled, but it worked. I also had a 10% off coupon at Lowe's for my birthday month, so it ended up being $405 for the self propelled version which costs $599 at Lowe's and Amazon. I can't complain!

Bought the self propelled version (LM2135SP) May last year from Lowes for 385 all in. It was on sale and I returned the extra battery. Seems these type of "hacks" are getting patched by retailers due to this very reason. This is as low as you can get a good mower.

I don't see them selling lm2135sp, but I do see lm2125sp is selling for $599. Are you sure you got the same series?

I have the self-propelled, which I rarely use. This is a great mower unless you want the self-propelled feature.

Honestly with how light it is the self propel isn't worth it, I have the self propel model and if anything it annoys me because I accidentally hit it sometimes. It's a great mower tho

I started out with a push version from a garage sale and yes they are super light for a mower. But rough lawns and hills would be tough on us old guys.. I just put in 4hrs on mowing my bumpy field of dreams. I have two of each, sticks, blowers and mowers..
