Also in CA, ordered from Walmart a few months ago, order was delivered fine. Used it on my dehumidifier that was getting musky. Worked pretty good.

Yes, but you will need a tool to direct the foam to the evaporator coil, like a universal tube adapter.

This stuff indeed works, and works well. I had an AC unit that hadn't been cleaned in decades, and had years of dandelion fluff and dirt caked on. It took 2 cans, but eventually I was able to clean it all off with this stuff.

Spray it and let it sit for few mins and use garden hose low flow setting to outward direct the water from fins right?

Some of this stuff is too harsh for the coils and eats them up. Not sure about this one. Out of stock now.
