I do somewhat agree with you in that it's kind of silly to carry both metric and sae in one case. I usually know what I will need for a project which, outside of working on my vehicle in the garage, is almost always SAE so I wouldn't need to carry the metric with me.

That may apply to automotive equipment but is not the case for boilers and furnaces

This is a nice price! I already own the regular version and love it; wish I could buy this storage case on its own for the convenience. I'm also hoping the 1/2" sets dip down to this range.
