I purchased one of these for my parents to replace their old sharp that started developing burn ins and browning ( Gunsmoke 24/7 ).

It looks great for 300 but the OS painfully slow and flat sucks and a major pain to change inputs from Ant. to a Chromecast. But they manage.

However if I remember correctly there is no optical out , only 2 HDMI and 1 USB. Thats it. You can always get a couple hubs but disappointing nonetheless.

The audio from the TV speakers is acceptable for basic TV viewing.

Meh, stick with LG for a few $ more - the UI on Samsung is complete trash as well. I like Samsung products, but I stay away from refrigerators and TVs.
