Do we know if these work with Pixel phones? I bought some off Amazon that don't.

Edit - My Pixel 10 is not in the list on Woot, but earlier ones are:

The letters 'DAC' aren't anywhere on that product listing. My Pixel 7 requires a DAC to play thru a 3.5mm port, so these wouldn't work for me.

By definition any USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter employs a DAC. Otherwise, it would be impossible to convert the sound from a digital source into an analog output.

Having said that, despite the price being attractive, there doesn't seem to be any information about what actual DAC this employs, which will affect sound quality and efficiency driving headphones.

The specific DAC in this is irrelevant because it will not affect sound quality in any noticeable way. Even cheap DACs have improved to the point where 99% of users could not hear the difference between a cheap DAC and a higher end one, like ESS or AKM. I have some cheap adapters like the ones in the post and the Apple version, and there is no audible difference. If you go back to previous posts for cheap adapters, you will find many similar comments. Also, a DAC only converts digital to analog, it has no bearing on actually driving the headphones, which is what amplifiers do.
