I'm 6'2 200 and I enjoy using a very similar model to this. Only difference is the bench is not connected to my machine.

Absolutely has its use cases and looks like a good deal, but don't expect this to be true bench/press replacement if you care about full body fitness. This will neglect tons of stabilizer muscles due to the design, similar to a Smith Machine.
