Hackable? An option is 2 4ah batteries as free valued at 229. Return one and keep other for next to nothing?
Yes it is hackable. The cost of batteries after adding to cart is $100 and the starter set is about $78. Just return the batteries and get the starter set for $78 dollars plus tax. It's not a bad deal at $0.78 per Ah, plus another charger.

I wish the other companies would be at least half as good about their deals as Ryobi.
I have bought so many things over the years through these deals there aren't many things I don't have.
You go outside and most people doing yard work will be running this ugly greenish yellow tool brand.
All my Milwaukee and DeWalt gear had a specific purpose and they are sweet.
But it sure is nice to have all these affordable fans of all sizes,lights I can have stored all over the place around the house or vehicles.
Milwaukee and DeWalt have more of my money,but I have a ton more product I use more often for less money with Ryobi

Insecure men love to rag on ryobi tools just as much as they do the size of your truck (or lack their of)

Probably just going to get that, best hack to get 4+2Ah is the $90 recipicating saw which brings it to ~$52 so you end up saving 20 to bundle the whisper fan and jigsaw

You are off by a factor of 10x in your math (~$8/Ah)
Grabbed this 5 battery deal in person last week. I'm a Milwaukee guy for work tools, but I have the Ryobi fan, angle grinder, saws, etc for at home projects. Steal of a deal for the amount of watt hours you get.

insecure men? for sure, LOL. when i did maintenance i would use Makita cordless which gathered too much interest. then i switched to Ryobi and they all went away. meh, human nature and some kinda acted like they knew it all, but these are just tools my friends. the proof is in the using of tools like pudding, it is in the eating.........not in the tool color. some days it feels like Kindergarden to me, but these types are all around us and yes they 'vote'.
Got the deal for the new 9" oscillating fan. This fan is awesome. Much more powerful and better direction aiming then the 7". It's heavy but it's a stationary object. Can mount in the wall too. Really liking it.

ryobi's registration is pissing me off right now. i bought this battery kit with the pet stick vacuum a couple of weeks ago and their trash ass system doesn't recognize the UPC for the battery kit or the serial for the damn roller brush part of the vacuum. and then i also bought the brushless grinder with the fast charger and 4ah edge battery and it only recognizes the damn grinder, not the charger or the battery.
sorry, i've been drinking and i had to get this off my chest. now i gotta call ryobi support to get all this registered for warranty and whatever. i'd rather stick a wet noodle up a bobcat's ass than have to call support to just register the several hundreds of dollars of shit i just bought. they close at 6pm or ealier every night.

Whisper fan $60->$45
Jigsaw $80->$55
Then there is the 4Ah+2Ah + Whisper fan + Jigsaw deal for $130; which assuming this sale price brings the 6Ah for $30 so just better to get that https://slickdeals.net/f/19753710-ryobi-one-18v-cordless-7-5-hybrid-fan-kit-w-2-2ah-batteries-charger-free-one-18v-cordless-jig-saw-129-00-free-store-pickup-at-home-depot?v=1&src=S
