How do I redeem E-Gift Cards?
Sign in to VS. Go to your e-gift card email, click on the link. Your balance will be loaded on your account. When you are in the payment page at checkout, you will have the option to apply your e-gift card to the order. (Thankskurips)
Angel Rewards (AR) and other coupons - How to determine if they are double dippable?
Double-dippable means that they can be used 1) online/catalogue/phone order and 2) in-store. The online store (VSD) uses Codes and PINs while the B&M store uses a 4-digit Store offer.
- Online coupons are generally PP-XXXXXXX (where PP = prefix FA/SP) and 7 numbers. If there's a PIN code, it is unique and one-time use only.
- In-store offers are usually only a 4 digit numerical value.
The recommendation is to use the Online Code/PIN prior to going to the store to use it due to reports of SAs stealing the online code. An alternative is to write down the Code/PIN and use a permanent marker to cross out the Offer Code/PIN combo. Since they offer both an online code and in-store offer, you should use them both to maximize your savings.
If I purchase with a Gift Card/ SRC/ Angel Reward and then return an item, how am I refunded?
In Store
*Gift Card Returns- You get your money back in a Gift Card. If you also used a Credit Card that portion will go back on the CC you used.
*Angel Reward Returns- when the Angel Reward is applied on an in store purchase it is applied directly to the item so when you return you only get back what you paid for the item. So you forfeit that part of the Angel Reward.
*SRC - you will get a gift card back when you do the return, but has been heard some stores only let you do an exchange.
Online Returns
*Gift Card- you will get a check in the mail. If you use your Angel CC with it, it all goes back on your Angel CC.
*Angel Reward- if you use an Angel CC with it, it all goes back on your Angel CC.
*SRC- if you use an Angel CC with it, it all goes back on your Angel CC.

Lucky you! What items did you buy? I purchased markdown Pink clothing items. The SA told me they can use the survey coupons on sale items only. Apparently one pink tank top rang up as on sale and the other pink markdown clothing items came up 'not on sale' Go figure. It's probably different in every state/region. I know I've been able to use the survey coupons on marked down items before in a handful of states during SAS and otherwise. I spoke to the manager who backed up the policy and I even called the national customer service line and they verified that what the store told me was true.
I have 2 and was planning to use mine at the second markdown to $15.99- but come to think of it, I don't think I've seen too many of those surveys on the VS receipts anymore.
I made two separate beauty purchases & was able to use 1 of 2 survey coupons.
Used it on the purchase with sale & promo merchandise but was unable to use it with only SAS items purchase.
There was one guy who took ALL the mist on display - over 150 units and was looking for more. He wanted to use a 30% (or 35% - not sure) card but they told him that the card had no bar code or pin code & they couldn't accept it, he started arguing with the cashier and told she that he used it last week with no problem. She further explained to him that the card can only be used once & if he used it before that he cannot used it again. She then called the manager to take over. Not sure what was the outcome as I left. That guy was trying to get over.
Not all the beauty products were deep markdowns - some were only about 20%-25% off. I got the stuff I wanted ( were 50% off) and will do a PA if they get a deeper discount.
I will hit the store again - all the VS stuff I am buying will be x-mas gifts for the nieces back in Asia.

Survey coupons can still be used YMMV! In my experience today, they would not let me use the survey q's on Pink non sale markdown items.
I would still recommend trying to use your survey q's! Someone responded right after me that she was able to use her survey q's at two different stores. It probably was some special rule that they made up at the store I went too.

I was telling the BF we should go to SF just for the VS SAS
I got two sets of markdown PINK swimwear (push-up bikini tops and matching bottoms) this morning and was able to use my survey coupon with no problem at all. The total is $48.XX after coupon~
By the way, I bought some swim clearance online last night with free shipping code. I wanted to try my luck and called the customer service today, and I was able to do the 20% off price adjustment within 5mins on the phone!
