This is such a good deal but I bought 2 Hisense TV's in 2020-2021 and none of them made it past last year. The UI was slow for years prior.

Been burned before buying a Hisense tv. Mainboard blew out in less than a year but thankfully had used the right credit card for it for extended warranty. I don't think Hisense is worth it but maybe someone can prove me wrong.
My U6HF 50 incher has been going perfectly strong for 3+ years.

I think all brands have their problems. I bought a Samsung TV once and it stopped working within a couple days after I bought it. Also had issues with other Samsung products. Even had issues with Sony.
I had a Sony that didn't make it 2 years before the main board blew out.

The TV I had the longest, I'm pretty sure my mom had before I was born. Turned into my first bedroom tv, a zenith tube from at least the mid 80s. I had my nes and snes, all the way up to a ps2 attached to it, a cable box at times, and it lasted until around 2010.... When it showed just a line one day. But the sound still worked. Vizio was my next tv, a big 32" 1080p flat screen. I had that for maybe 6 years before I donated it, maybe it still works! A Panasonic 48" was after, it lasted maybe 6 years before it started dying. Now I'm on an LG. It's on year 4 I think. Too much ai and data stealing.

We have a 55inch Hisense Roku tv like this that we have had in our bedroom for so many years that it doesn't show up in our past purchases.BF uses it everyday for hours and hours and sometimes all day and it is still going strong without ever having a single problem.

Buy it cheap, add the five-year warranty, and treat it like a rented mule. 😂

If you do anything, buy a higher quality surge protector with line filtering and high Joule protection. Brown outs and low AC levels are a killer for all TV's.

Is the 5 year geek squad protection for $40 worth it?
Depends. Bestbuy probably won't even be around in FIVE years.

Would love to see a TV in this size range with a center stand and not separated legs so I can put it on my dresser. I know physics and all is the probably,,but a man can dream, right?
Dont install the included legs and buy a center mount stand like this and start living your dream:

NEVER EVER BUY HISENSE TVs I am so burned by them.

Bought one from Costco with the extended warranty. TV is dead less than two years in. No damage. No abuse.

Screen just starting giving horizontal lines. No audio. Costco and manufacturer warranty is not helping, Hisense refuses to even send a technician saying "it's damaged by user and not covered". Not a scratch on the thing. F Hisense I will tell any human being who is listening not to buy this cheap garbage. Meanwhile, my Sony Bravia has survived 4 moves and still runs 10 years later.

Hisense. 65 inches of nonsense.

Hisense is just as good or better than some big name brands. They also white label for some of them. Best bang for your buck
No, they are not. They are poor quality and high failure rate.
