Yeah, I've been seeing a lot of people talking about cheaper plans. Unfortunately, when T-Mobile decided to jack up all the prices of even the grandfather plans, I had to move somewhere and what Verizon gave me made sense at the time with some free phones included.

Video and take tons of pictures of your trades. Once I had them tell me my trade was bad and as soon as I said "do you want me to send you the pictures and videos" I got a quick reply saying nevermind and my trade was accepted.

Visible for example or even total wireless last I checked they had bring your own device 50% off the line price making it $25 per line. Total's top 2 tier plans are also non deprioritized too, not sure about their cheapest one . Plus international data roaming included. The only downside with those companies is their customer service sucks, but it's basically just set it and forget it and every month you get good cheap service.

You went to the wrong agency. Go to the FTC for complaints. They'll dance like they have critters in their shorts.

How do I know? Well, I bought a phone from Sprint in the past and tried to activate it 12mo later. Their tech department kept telling me that their phone was not in their system and could not be activated even though I bought it from them. Submitted an FTC complaint, and they contacted me the next day and got their CIO or senior leader in the IT space involved. Phone activated. Problem solved.

Yeah T-Mobile has become garbage over the past year. Way overpriced. In fact I plan to go looking for other carrier deals this weekend, I'm sick of their incessant price increases.
