I turn off autopay and just let the plan die after the month is up. No need to cancel since it is prepaid service. Take a screenshot with autopay off if you want to be double safe but I have never had a problem.

I tried many different devices, mobile and desktop browsers, wi-fi, cellular internet including Metro, and different credit cards, yet I saw the same page.

Try this. In sim setting. Turn off MetroPCS sim. Turn off T-Mobile sim. Turn T-Mobile sim back on.

Was T-mobile sim working before you do anything? The first thing I did was insert T-mobile sim first once I received the package to ensure 5G data and voice call work. Then I flashed XAA firmware.
So after you receive the A37. You put the Tmobile sim from your moto edge into A37. make a test call on you A37. Surf the internet with 5G. Both voice and data working. right? Then you flashed XAA, right?

My theory by inserting T-mobile sim first so the phone can register on tmobile network. So far it works on my A37 and A11+ tablet.

Its not going to work if it wasnt working to begin with. Flashing firmware is not going to fix it. Flashing only helps to stop bloatware.
