They used to have a 7 year warranty, now it is 5 year warranty.
The arms on the chairs got nasty after about 4-5 years, and was about to toss the chairs. But I contacted Staples warranty, and sent pictures of the torn up arms, and they sent out new arms for both chairs in about 3 days. Also had one of the shocks blow out on one after like 6 years, contacted warranty again and they send out a new shock.
No questions asked, no hassle warranty on these has been my experience.
Mesh and wide since I have wide shoulders and I'm 6'. Mesh to keep the back cool and wide so I can comfortably rest my arms. That's all I need, and yet dexley is the only thing out there.
The chair quality itself is a 6/10. Get the extended warranty, 3 years if you can. I did for my first dexley, now I'm on my second, and possibly my third soon. Trust me, it's worth the extra money.
They already have a 5 year no-questions-asked warranty, and depending how long ago you got them, they might even have a 7 year warranty.
If it's hassle free, go ahead, but from my personal experience, the one you purchase provides money back, not just replacement parts, regardless of what happened to the chair.

Hyken is a lot better than this...
Hyken has a narrow seat, narrow back, and headrest sits very low and hits you in the neck if you are more than about 5'10" (unless you do the "Hyken Headrest Mod" you can find online, or don't install the headrest).
Dexley has a wide seat, longer back, better headrest. For people over 5'10" or over about 180 pounds, the Hyken would be very uncomfortable for someone tall or heavy.
For what it's worth, my advice would be:
Hyken = best for people under 5'10" and under 180 pounds.
Dexley = best for people over 5'10" and over 180 pounds.

Hyken is a lot better than this...
The Hyken is worse BUT THE HYKEN PRO destroys them both. I sat in one and it has tilt-lock and a slightly bigger cushioned seat instead of mesh and more adjustments you can do.
I dont know if the Hyken XL is better than the PRO though.
This one is mesh, Leap is not.
