Quote from CoreyR2384 :
The first two ingredients are wheat flour and highly refined soybean oil, so definitely not 😆. Non-organic wheat in America is drenched in glyphosate (Roundup) at the end of harvest to kill the plant and dry it out in the field for easier harvest. Roundup causes cancer and destroys the microbiome in your gut, which can itself contribute to cancer, along with causing mood and irritability issues (most of your serotonin is made in the gut). It's illegal pretty much everywhere else in the world. Seed oils cause chronic inflammation.
You made Joe Rogan very proud.

I might be in the minority here, but I got these last time they were on sale and they weren't that good. It's true that these are actually better tasting air fried by brushing on oil than pan fried in oil. To me the filling lacks flavor and texture. It just tasted mushy inside. I'm not saying these are bad, but if you're thinking of the traditional spring rolls from Chinese restaurants, these aren't it.

I agree with lots of the other comments on here. I bought them last week. They are tiny spring rolls and kind of greasy. Taste is just ok, not the best by any means. I'm not an expert with frozen spring/egg rolls, but I'm sure there are better options out there. Price was decent though. Oh, and the sauce was too sweet for me and one of the packets was leaking in the (frozen) box. Kind of a mess to clean.

Are they somewhat healthy?
Nope. Full of highly refined soybean oil.

Anyone have a recipe to make a similar soy ginger sauce?
Soy sauce, sugar, ginger (or garlic - whichever you prefer) . Heat sauce until sugar dissolves- soy sauce has a different taste when it's heated. Optional: vinegar and Asian rice wine.

Wasn't aware of that. Looked it up out of curiosity, and Vietnam imports nearly all of their wheat, as they have no meaningful domestic production. Their main source is Australia, which is one of only a handful of other countries that allows pre-harvest dessicant glyphosate.
@Costco are you paying attention?

I tend to stay away from "spring rolls" because they tend to be really greasy since they don't use a regular egg roll wrapper.

I'll stick with Minh pork egg rolls. BTW the Minh egg rolls are the same ones Jack In The Box sells
O...,

MG!!! If this is true...we just became best friends. Bless you. 🤗

I am dragging my buddy with a SC membership this week to get some. 😋
