Mint Mobile states in its privacy policy that it does not sell or share personal information if you opt out, which I did, though it does share certain data with third-party service providers needed to run the service.

Tmo has extra capacity, and they're trying to add accounts so the #'s look good on paper for those fat exec bonuses. The line renews at regular price after the promo so if you stay, they'll recoup any losses if even.

I am not sure a TMo SIM would work. After I activated Mint on the new S26, I popped an AT&T SIM to it; the signal bar actually lighted up, so I thought it worked until a notification popping up saying it's locked to Mint Mobile.

I am also wondering, other than trying with another SIM, is there anywhere on the phone itself showing it's locked or unlocked?

The deal is apparently over as these phones show as $900 as of this morning. On another note, these phones appear to be already unlocked. I put my Visible sim in it and it did a service provider reset and is now working on Visible.

Oh, okay. I see the violet is available now as well as white. Has anyone else noticed that these ship unlocked? I don't think that I just got lucky, but both of the ones we ordered are unlocked.

The cricket phone service that my dad was paying for ended yesterday so my phone isn't active. Does this deal require an an active phone plan to switch over? If so, I guess I could just by 1 more month of cricket before switching? Thanks.
