Same. Tempted to grab this for my work van.


Edit: maybe not. One of the reviews says the sockets don't stay in place when just carrying it. Bouncing around in the back of a van would be a mess.

I am okay with their impact sockets but this toolset with 99 driver bits and 44 hex keys is hard pass for me. Also the description is just too vague. Who knows what that 5 deep sockets are? It would be funny if they include 9, 11.

Did you ever get a refund? My guess they are probably were misunderstanding your message after translating it BUT that doesn't matter on your side functionally. You needed your item, or your money. Doesn't matter what the roadblock was, just you didn't have either.

FWIW, I've had great luck with Vevor (probably 10x transactions over Amazon and AE) but I did have an issue where I had an Ultrasonic damaged pretty bad by Amazon (purchased on AliExpress but delivered via a Prime truck). Vevor was being really hardheaded for that transaction, they kept wanting to offer me a $5 refund to keep it. I wanted a replacement since it looked so bad, I was worried it would not work. They finally offered me a full refund and didn't make me return it. I ended up taking it apart, and just the outer shell was dented...nothing else. So I'm still rocking my free ultrasonic cleaner and frankly don't feel bad since it took me multiple emails over a week to get to that point. They should have just replaced from the git-go.

P.S. This set looks net but way too many of the pieces appear to be bits and hex keys to make me think it for my use. I'd mainly wait the sockets and frankly there aren't that many.

Maybe slow your roll there buddy, you emailed them back today. You can always dispute it with your credit card company. BTW, do you see the irony is calling someone "completly incompetet"?

yeah dispute will happen today. they replied back and told me I can travel and ask for my item from a different address (i am not kidding they told me that). I feel they are trolling at this point but yeah a CC dispute is in order
