Edit 8/27/2026, Looks like trade-in deal is MOSTLY DEAD. On 8/21 it was revised to no longer accept broken devices, and on 8/27 modified so that older devices only get a $450 credit instead of $900.
Original post: Existing T-Mobile customers can get up to a $900 trade in value on Google Pixel 11 phones. The trade in can include some lower end phones, and works on older calling plans (including Go5G and ONE, but not simple choice)
The correct rebate only showed when I was logged into my T-mobile account. It says it's for "Essentials and select legacy plans". My old T-Mobile ONE plan worked. (edit: others have reported Simple Choice plans don't work, only a $250 rebate)

For a base Google Pixel 11 this would make it basically free. For higher end models it's a $900 discount.
Interestingly, the plan says the credits are split out over 36 months, but the checkout and my actual order confirmation show it's only spread over 24 months.

Even then, you get off the phone and think you have accomplished something over the last two hours only to have the exact same problem during the next billing cycle abd start the process over again only to get a different answer than the last time.
There are finance plans direct from phone companies and perks, deals, referrals, etc to be taken advantage of if you really dive in to all of it and want to save the most money. With my latest S26 Ultra, I just bought it outright because I didn't even want to deal with those payment plans either. It hurts to do that these days with how much phones cost but I'll take that over all of the other headaches of carriers and leasing if I can avoid it.
I'm stuck with Tmobile due to the pixel 10 promos, must well take advantage of this. IT SUCKS that they took kickback away and I didn't even get a text. I'm on ONE and still haven't force to migrate yet, but I guess it's coming.
How are people doing through costco? Their website? Thx

Then I click the "upgrade now" button near the bottom middle. This does a single sign on login thing where first I log into costco membership, then I log into the tmobile website.
Note that when I tried this on my work's computer the single sign on didn't work because of network security thingies. Worked at home though.
Also I still had about $100 of an old phone (the dead pixel 9 actually) I had to pay off. so that payoff was part of the purchase price.
I was just able to order through the website and got the activation fee waived.

That's part of the debacle. Our/My phones through the T- Life app showed we were targeted and promoted the pixel 10 offer, Brought our trade in phones to a corporate store 3 months ago and it was instantly logged in the system,but yet we're still not receiving our credits, and after multiple calls to customer service and supervisors, it still has not been corrected and credits applied. My next step is an FCC complaint.
So to anyone thinking about taking this Pixel 11 offer, weigh your options real hard! I am a legacy customer, had a ONE 55 plan for over a decade. They've raised my rates twice, changed my plan on there own this month , and Got rid of my autopay by credit card discount/benefit last year. So my plan that was originally $60 per month "One unlimited 55 for 2 lines", Tmoble has raised and switch me to "Experience signiture with 55 savings" to which it now cost me $90 a month for just 2 lines of service.
( Full disclosure they now say I have Netflix..with adds... on them)
T-Mobile has gone from being the uncarrier to the Untrustable!
