Edit 8/27/2026, Looks like trade-in deal is MOSTLY DEAD. On 8/21 it was revised to no longer accept broken devices, and on 8/27 modified so that older devices only get a $450 credit instead of $900.
Original post: Existing T-Mobile customers can get up to a $900 trade in value on Google Pixel 11 phones. The trade in can include some lower end phones, and works on older calling plans (including Go5G and ONE, but not simple choice)
The correct rebate only showed when I was logged into my T-mobile account. It says it's for "Essentials and select legacy plans". My old T-Mobile ONE plan worked. (edit: others have reported Simple Choice plans don't work, only a $250 rebate)

For a base Google Pixel 11 this would make it basically free. For higher end models it's a $900 discount.
Interestingly, the plan says the credits are split out over 36 months, but the checkout and my actual order confirmation show it's only spread over 24 months.

Gotta call the Costco T-Mobile line @ 833.428.1765 (double check this number before giving them acc details). They ask you for acc details to help and assist. Ask them if you are able to take advantage of this promo if you're interested. That's what I did to take advantage of the prior pixel 10 deals.
Double check bills for the next few months after taking advantage as I had 3 bills charge me more and had to speak to TMO 3 separate months to seemingly get it under control.
For everyone else:
My plan was changed from Magenta plus to Experience more. My plan increased ~$3/line (including the free lines according to T-LIFE). I was originally paying $120 for 3 lines when I first signed up years and years ago.
Now I'm at 7 lines for ~$150 (this is including 4k Netflix @ ~$22). 9 months of bill credits left on a pixel 10 pro (my backup phone @ $10), 18 months left on two pixel 10s, and 3x $100 Costco GCs later. My plan pricing doesn't add up, I know.
If 5 year price lock is true I'll wait for this years iPhone to see if there are any promos and that'll become my next backup as I'm on a 13 pro max and would like to switch from Apple. Likely going Graphene or LineageOS. 13 is degrading for sure with the OG battery. I keep a wireless external on me at all times to extend the life should I need it while my lightning picks and chooses when it wants to take a charge. Sometimes I'm charging AND losing battery percentage.
Yes T-Mobile is a shell of its former self and is now scummy, but I haven't jumped ship yet as it seems no one can beat or match my current plan I've built over the years.
Maybe if I had a different old phone to trade in I could have kept two parallel streams of device credits.

With the Costco $100 promotion, they are effectively paying me to upgrade to a Pixel 11. No complaints from this guy.
