One of the other forums I go to has one of these threads and I've been turned on to some good movies that other regulars just watched. I was kind of surprised not to see a similar thread here (at least not that I could find.) Big Grin

I just rewatched "Kinamand" - a cute drama about a Danish plumber who gets involved in an arranged marriage with a Chinese illegal. Good stuff (Netflix instant.)

So what have you folks watched recently?

It's farkin Twilight!! Seriously. It's not that much different than the original Twilight movie with teen puppy love. Carp!

The previews were interesting, but once I read what the source material was, I wrote it off.

Vampires Suck - 5/5 - If you're irritated by Twilight and all the other wussy vampire crap that's coming out lately, you'll love this movie.

I watched the rest of Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood Part 1 over the weekend.

I cried. Weeping Even though I had seen it all happen before in the original, I still cried. Just a few tears, but it was still so sad. I was maybe just overly emotional since it was also my sister's wedding over the weekend too.

The CD was cool but just too short. I thought it would be at least and hour. 'Self Esteem and Haters' are hilarious. I had also rated "American Hustle the Movie" and that is funny.

As for the "The Mechanic" I heart Jason Statham and that movie is in my queue.
