lol seems like all appliances are a mixed bag. I've had good luck with LG and my parents had good luck with maytag.

I find that the people with issues are usually family's that constantly over load them. VERY anecdotal but i know a lot of single people and married people with kids and its always the large family's that have issues with washers lol.

Maytag os not what it used to be. It's an actual most affordable junk now. LG or nothing for me.

My LG washer finally died after 20+ years, received it used from family. Repurchased the cheapest LG top loader from costco and it's working perfectly fine.

Yes, I would get a beeping error like if a load was off balance. I could also hear the tub hit sides of the washer. It's an easy fix. If you have to replace the suspension rods don't cheap out and get the $25 ones on Amazon. Swaprods.com will tell you what to get.

OK tnx, I think I may have the same problem, but error code says the inlet hose is the problem, which is not.

Never again will I purchase a Samsung washer, although I do seriously miss the wash basin. It initially had a recall, about the lid launching off, so someone came & fixed that. Replaced the pulsator cap 4 times over the 5 years we had it; cheap & easy but tedious. It finally gave out with a full load; wouldn't spin. And omg, the rust. So. Much. Rust. No mas, game over.

Never buying a Samsung washer again. Kept getting 4C errors randomly and had it fixed a couple of times under warranty. When it started again, we just cut our losses and bought a GE Profile which has been flawless. Google 4C error and you will know what I am talking about.
