Nowhere other than the main page does it show a discounted rate. All the way to checkout, multiple accounts, $65. Not a chance I'd trust this and take a chance.

If you don't see the promo at checkout, it's not going to apply. Try a different Google account or create a new one.

Cell phone plans have become my yearly fight with over the line. Ask to cancel,get a retainer offer, stay another 1-2 years or just switch to the many other NVMOs and take advantage of trade in offers with no contracts. It's a fight I choosebto but I've saved a ton of money of phones and lines.

It looks like this is targeted, so if you're not seeing it on your account or at play.google.com, your account probably is not eligible. Reaching out to CS is most likely just a waste of time. They're just going to tell you to "wait 24-48 hours" because that's their scripted response to everything.

Maybe they released it by accident, or before they were supposed to, and they now have it disabled

Which banner? Did you go to Google Play with the same login? It looks like maybe you need to start there. This appears to be a targeted promo. Clicking the link directly and getting to the promo page doesn't seem to get you the promo at checkout.

By the way, going to Google Play and looking for the ad might mean you're forever scrolling. This and the deal devolving into code begging and trading. I'm giving up. I'm unemployed but not that unemployed.

I called to ask about the promo - told the guy that the 75% discount was only showing as 50% discount in my cart. He asked me to send him a screenshot of the page advertising 75% off. Once he received the screenshot, he told me that if I switch using the 50% discount, then email him once ported over, that he will retroactively apply the 75% discount. Seems strange - I'll wait a few days to see if my account shows the discount properly before following that route.

i get the 75% banner, and went all the way up to the last screen, but it still shows full price.

Im not willing to hit the last button "Join Fi" to test out whether they will honor the 75% or not.

It's their less than stellar way of doing things. You have the "$X" plan. You will see in your billing pages that you also have promos in progress. That's how it stays for the duration.

You're safe. You can hit the button & not be committed to anything.
