If it's similar to their 100 watt Nano single port charger, it likely can't do the full amount for more than half an hour solid. They're designing them with the expectation that you'll only need the full power for that long anyways.

People left lots of complaints about that one that it throttled relatively soon and never got back up to 100 while in continuous use. I guess they've decided to market it as 45+ instead of 65* to avoid that.

Anker is a premium brand at this point. You're welcome to spend more on the Apple version if you want, but it's not like this is some generic Chinese knockoff that's going to kill your battery or start a fire.

Why do they not just call this a 65w charger, versus "dynamic 45-65w"? Makes it sound worse than just buying a 65w charger.

Seems like Anker is using Fosi Audio's Nano and Neo names for their product.

Does anyone have a fast-charge cable they recommend to go with it?

Anker chargers are great. I've only had 1 out of probably 15-20 stop working at a point, and that was from way back in 2014.

Surprised by all the downvotes.

Get an e-marked 100W USB-C cable. 60W cables cap at 3A and you'll lose the top end.

iPhone Duo is over 2k. You want to charge a brand new 2k phone, first generation model, with an Anker? I would think 2k for a phone warrants the extra $15-20 for the best charger on the market, the Apple dynamic charger 45w-60w.
well then just get yourself a $200 charger for your 2k phone
