Thanks to all who helped or tried to help or at least missed me.
I burned a copy of MLB at the library today, it spent more than an hour scanning, found and deleted 8 viruses, added a new anti-virus and deleted the old one (obviously it wasn't working), updated all of the software, defragged and deleted a bit of crap and it's working.

I haven't done anything so far but work on my webpage and shock the pool. Supposed to meet a friend later today I've known online for almost 10 years.
