I have the + Pro plan. The Deprioritized is the worst in the NYC busy area. No signal in the subway or busy areas. Where you need the service the most. Elsewhere, it works fine.

Last year I took 1 yr plan for 225$ and my next renewal is dec4 2026. Surprisely i see my next auto renewal also 225$.

You have 30 days to activate it after buying. I'm going to use 2 months of the US Mobile unlimited starter deal I got for $10/mo and then switch to the Visible deal. Then by next year I'll qualify for US Mobile's deals again. Crazy value

Just chat with customer service, and they can apply the promo for existing customers, as my plan ends in two weeks will find out then. Previously, last year I got the promo + $15 off Verizon Home Internet. I hope they keep that promo as well.

Did you check your acct in the app/online to see if the discount was already applied?

I didni't even have to contact them and it was showing the discount already. I did contact them to verify that it will renew at $225 as the app is showing now and the rep said yes

I got this deal last year, I have an unlocked Pixel and was using AT&T service but since the switch I have never been able to get Visual Voicemail to work. I spent hours and hours with top tech support with Visible who in the end said it is a Pixel issue. Pixel support said it is a Visible issue in other words I got the runaround. Ended having to forward my unanswered calls to Google Voice for messages and it works out okay for me although some calls slip thru and land in the Visible VM box so I need to manually check it periodically to find those messages as there are no alerts. It is a known issue on some Pixels so if you have one buyer beware.

I'm also on an existing promo from last year. Waiting a while for the chat agent to say they will be sending out a renewal email with the discount. He said if you don't end up getting that, use BLACKFRIDAY50 as a promo code when renewing. I would just start the renewal now if I knew how. Mine ends in early Dec.

Don't need to port out. They are sending out codes to existing plan holders for the 50% discount on Pro+ plan. Just got my text today.

EDIT: Thanks to DealDaddyy for correcting, you do not get a code. It should already apply to existing Pro+ Plan holders. I haven't seen the discount yet but my cycle renews on 11/9. Will update if I see the discount then.
