SHUTTERFLY PRICING & SHIPPING

=======================================================================================
There are three types of Shutterfly coupon codes:

1 - Account Codes - Shutterfly adds a code to your account and, depending on your email preferences, emails you to alert you to the offer. This is not transferable - the offer is tied to that Shutterfly account.

Make sure you tell Shutterfly to email you and you won't miss any deals. If you find deals in your account that you did not see in email - check your preferences.

* Go to My Shutterfly
* Go to the bottom and click on Personal Info/Settings
* Click on change under Email Preferences
* Make sure that the first box is checked
* Save now

A recent development in the Shutterfly world, probably in response to all the selling on eBay and trading on forums like this, where the offer code is emailed to the customer AND they have to add it to their account - it is not always added automatically by Shutterfly. The codes are typically 6-8 characters and look exactly like the shareable codes -- but they will only work on the accounts that Shutterfly chose to email this offer to.

2 - Shareable Codes - Shutterfly has some codes that are offered to affiliates/partners. These coupons can be shared and used in multiple accounts (once per account). Examples of what these codes look like are NMSA-XXXX or WIXXER09.

3 - Unique One time use codes - Shutterfly also offers one time use codes, typically they are 18 alphanumeric characters long, that come with special offers. These codes may be emailed to you or included in a printed card when you get a Shutterfly shipment. They may be won via Shutterfly contests. They may come from Shutterfly or from partner offers. Often times you can see these codes being sold on eBay. Examples of what these codes look like XXXX-7H9P-EBFX-V39VEC.

===============================================================================================
Membership/Frequent Flier Programs
If you participate in these you may be able to get rebates or bonuses:

* Upromise - shop thru link and get 7% in your account - they often have other discounts as well
* eebates you can get a percentage of your order value credited (The program eebates has one less e, but if you type the real name this site will block it)
* Discover reward cards also give 5% back on shutterfly.com purchases when you shop thru their link - also you can use your Discover Cash Back to get $25 gift card to shutterfly for only $20 (comes in the mail - not instant)
* Northwest World Perks - earn 2 miles per $ when shop thru link on world perk website
* United Mileage Plus - earn 3 miles per $ when shop thru link on mileage plus website
* Delta Sky Miles - earn 10 miles per $ when shop thru link (plus earn 1000 miles until 12/31 when you spend $20 or more - see link at Sky Miles for more details)

Goodmorning all! Think we have survived the move. All I have to do at the old house today is drop off keys, pick up a package being delivered and bring in the garbage cans. We love the new house and even with all our stuff everywhere it seems so much bigger than our other place. My first problem to tackle is window treatments. My DH got blackout shades for the master bedroom but we got the wrong hardware so we need to go back and get something different. Right now we have been getting up when the sun comes up which is fine for me but I want DD to sleep in!!! I know they have some curtains at Kohls but where else is a good place for curtains and rods? I am going to look at amazon and overstock today. We have some really horrible juniper bushes (lumps) in front of the house which are keeping people from being able to see in the house at night but we really need curtains soon.

So happy to hear this! I've been through a tornado and know how these people are feeling. Although the magnitude of the damage down there is much worse than what we experienced. I'll tell you one thing though, it certainly makes you count your blessings and makes you realize how life can change in an instance.
Wave

There were 150 tornados in Alabama last wednesday. 38 counties (out of 63) have been declared disaster areas. No damage at my house, but the most destructive tornado that was on the ground in Lawrence, Limestone and Madison counties ended less than 1/2 mile from my house, so damage is close. I was at work during this time.

While it was painful from a pocketbook standpoint to throw out everything in 2 refrigerators and a chest freezer, it is JUST STUFF that can all be replaced. I have one friend whose house is gone (2nd time it's been hit by a tornado) and another friend whose house is still standing, but one of only 2 that way in his neighborhood (windows blown out, holes in the roof from flying debris, large cracks in the brick) but neither of them had a loss of life in their families.

This has made me re-evaluate my life some... 7 nights and 6 days without power. Lots of time... I found out the recycle bin 6 miles from the house had TN cell towers that provided coverage, so late in the afternoon each day I drove up there to talk to my brother and SIL and friends.

heart to all of you that prayed for me. Please continue to pray for those that lost everything in the storm. 4/27/11 will never be forgotten here.

I am a die-hard RA fan! I find it easier to do than Walgreens because you don't have to watch what you spend your UPS (register rewards) on. My biggest tip is read a week or two ahead on the RA thread and order your Qs.Q prices are out of sight right now. I just paid $15 for 20 Precise Qs to use at RA next week. UGH! I use a variety of clipping sources. Ebay is the easiest and most current. The precise Q is in this Sunday's paper and they already had it for sale. I use CouponbyDede and a place called Mamma 2 Many for Q;s also. I sell at a flea market a couple of times a month so my needs are probably different than yours. Do you have the Physcians Formula PDF? This is always on sale or a MM at RA. When RA has an item BOGO you can use a BOGO Q, Biggest problem at RA is finding the sale items in stock. The ministerial student on Extreme couponing last night lives in the town that is 8 miles up the river from me. He got 150 pair of Target $5 Jeans. We found and bought 1. LOL I am sure he accounts for some of the product shortage.

good through SATURDAY!!!
I'm trying to think if I have any good photos lately... well that aren't of flowers... I'm thinking no.

Oh, and I tried a hulu plus subscription... and I hated it. It was everything bad that Netflix isn't. There were commercials still, the streaming was choppy, and the selection was questionable. So if you are thinking about it... definitely opt for the week trial to see if it fits you... because I think it is a pile of junk for 8 bucks a month.

Oh you have to give us more than that! ?????

Katie and I stopped off at church after it was locked up (I have a key) and we put Nestles Crunch bars in all the mailboxes, 120 of them. We put a sticker on each one that said "Happy May Day" It was very fun and since the bars were free, or just tax, it was onother fun way to do May Day!

Happy Cinco de Mayo to you all! It is a rare day here .........The SUN is shining! It has rained here sooo long that my joints are squeaking. the grey days really are depressing. The grass in my backyard must be 10 inches long. DS is hoping to get my grass cut today but his own needs cut too! We need a good Ida so everyone gets back to posting on this forum.It is lonely here sometimes. Rise and shine everyone.......
I agree - where's a good IDA when we need one???

Quote from beachbum23 :
It's been crazy around here the past few days. I tried to skim the old posts this morning but am sure I missed alot. We're trying to get ready for a garage sale...yuk. Off to golf in a few minutes. Missed you guys!

Glad to see that Tn_Native was safe. I worried about Coachie, too. We were at Lake Texoma w/no internet and VERY LIMITED TV so I couldn't tell where the storms hit hardest. We went through the little town, Tushka, Oklahoma, that was hit the week before by a tornado. OMG, just devastating!
Missed you too! Hope you had a good mini vacation!

Congrats on the new home! So happy to hear that the move is complete! We got a bunch of blinds for our new house online but I can't remember the website..........I have the receipts at home in a binder so I can find it easily. I'll look after work and let you know, although you may have purchased already........ Wherever it was, they had good quality & CS. We had one piece break about a year after we had them up and they replaced it for free (really one of the kids broke it, it wasn't because it was faulty.

Hope you have a great day too!

About the "stuff" - one thing I really like to do is buy a diaper bag and fill it with "stuff". Of course, that requires spending more money so if you've already spent your gift budget for this event, could you buy a cheap basket at Wally to fill? That is one of the other things I like to do with stuff like that. If you need things to do at the shower you could use either the diaper bag filled with stuff or the basket filled with stuff and make it a game. You pass around the diaper bag or basket and they have 10 seconds to look it over and then pass it on - then they have to write down everything they can remember that was in the bag or basket and see who gets the most right. It makes for a fun little game and a great gift for the mommy-to-be!

I'm sure it is devastating. So glad to hear that you are ok. I'll bet those days without electricity did give you lots of thinking time. I have been through a tornado and my family was not hurt. Afterward it was so scary to think of what could have happened and seeing others around you that the worst did happen to makes those feelings even more intense. Still keeping those storm victims in my prayers.

Darn! I keep forgetting about extreme couponing! I have watched it a couple of times but keep forgetting to watch it once I get home and get busy............

Sooo happy for you!!! heart hug
