Mom always said you had the prettiest whiskers! *jealous*
I've never had top billing, but I like to somewhere in the ordered credits (that's the group that you see first, followed by the alphabetical (or "in order of appearance") list, and I figure it's always good to be on the poster and DVD cover:
I am (slowly) directing my first feature. It's mostly shot, but the remaining scenes are outdoor scenes that require the weather and foliage to cooperate. (And this summer was pretty rough for the vegetation out here.)

I spend a lot of time behind-the-scenes, but even more than that I end up fixing the end results and getting everything ready for distribution. Creating a movie is a fun and creative process, but as far as a movie distributor is concerned, it's just a product like a box of cornflakes. Creating the necessary elements to be able to distribute a film and conforming the available elements to meet the technical standards of all the different kinds of distributors around the world is a rather exacting and time-consuming process. (And an ever-changing one as distribution channels continue to evolve.)
