out of norm Q.. how do I make the batter from scratch to use on the "George Foreman waffle maker" I found last night?

was the last one and was mis-placed. I was about to give up and saw it. oddly, was laying on top of the Grill

I just got a message from RP Qs on my FB that there is a $5/$50 TQ. I can't find it on my phone, the links are not working. They made is sound like it was clothing related. I can't tell if its a printable or online code Dontknow know what I'm talking about?

Yeah, looks like nothing super exciting for this week. I may hold out for next week, anyway. I don't have anything pressing I need, so no big deal.

Had a fantastic run at T this morning!!! Felt like old times! I want to check another T tonight. The little girls jammies were 75% off, and I was only able to find one pair for each daughter. Would love to get a few more. Can never have too many princess jammies!!!

oh, I want to use pancake mix for now because I got a few boxes. since GF is easy to clean (claims), I prefer to use this first. then I'll make it from scratch.

so, do I just use the pancake mix as directed, and instead of the oil it recommends, use 3/4 c instead ???

is it easy to clean? or basically nothing to clean, unless it stick to it??????

good afternoon! cable and internet was out since last nite till couple hrs ago. they said the fiber optic cable got cut so they had to replace it. then she said something weird, that i was in florida. i wish! kinda chilly here today!

If you ever work with sourdough starter, here's the recipe I use. They are super light and fluffy. We always add blueberrys to the batter. I find that if you freeze fresh blueberrys first, and add them to the batter, they don't turn the whole waffle purple. I also use this same recipe for pancakes. ENJOY!

Sourdough Waffles/Pancakes (make batter night before and refrigerate so it raises a little.)

2 C sourdough starter
2 C flour
3Tb sugar (I think I actually use 4)
2 Tb oil (I think I actually use 3)
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp soda
1tsp salt
1 3/4 C milk

Stir til just blended ( no big clumps of flour though). Refrigerate. Pour onto a hot griddle and bake til golden brown.

Kmart is driving me crazy! They doubled $2 Qs last week on anything. Same advertisement this weekend as last weekend. Apparently they aren't doubling anything this weekend (unless it's the TWO whole unilever Qs below the advertisement... big whoop!)

I guess I (and GT) spent time planning for nuttin...

I would love some fall-like weather around here. It's already 91 here and going up to 95. Feels like 100+. I am so over summer heat.

Hope everyone is doing well! It's been a while since I've posted in here...been busy with the kids etc. I find out whether or not I passed the Bar next week. I have been having nightmares about it for the last couple of weeks. Pray

Question: I bought one of those Simple Human garbage cans this week. It's on sale and I just opened the box and there is a huge dent in it. Annoyed I won't get back to T until at least Monday. Do you think they will exchange it and give me a new one at this week's sale price?

temps: funny, we were just thinking wish there was summer heat left. we're in solid fall here. today's high: 61 degrees, 45 at night. and you can feel the bite in the air. Crying

i love fall, but when summer ends i always get sad each year because it just feels like the year is ending, and the carefreeness is gone and i know darker shorter days and lots of cold are upon us. still, it's nice to have seasons. i really missed that when i lived in TX.

i would call the store maybe and talk to the manager and let him/her know? so that way you aren't hassled when you go back next week. and if they say no, atleast you know that somehow one of you has to do it today.
