i hope the surgery went well. hug

sorry about the in-laws. almost everyone has something positive about them. maybe they have a special dish somebody in your family loves and you can ask them to cook? maybe they like to tinker and you can ask them to fix something? people like to feel needed and if there is something they can do for you that nobody else can, it can put them in a better mood. also keeps them busy and out of your business Wink.

just for example, everyone loves my fil's potato salad, so he makes a huge batch fresh at family gatherings, enough for everyone to take some home. keeps him busy and has become a family tradition. everyone looks forward to having potato salad for thanksgiving! Teehee

Hope all went well and the results turn out the way you want them to. Good luck with the in-laws.

I feel for you my DD had knee surgery on Monday and we are still in the stage of her needing help a lot, hopefully next week she will be back at school. Her recovery is a 4 month period with PT visits.

I asked them to go play in traffic today to keep them busy but they couldn't do that right either. They went to the mall instead.


Thanks for all the prayers. She is home and in pain. She woke up every hour last night. She is getting spoiled by DH she got a new barbie dvd, a new oufit, cherry coke (we don't let our kids have soda so i'm in shock at this), ice cream etc basically anything she asks for she is getting. I am thankful we are half way done with this. Now we move on to fixing her left ear. Once again thank you for all your prayers!

Meant to mention that earlier this week when I was at Target I found some $1/2 peelies on Muir Glen tomatoes and they were on TPC for $1.32ish.
