did you get the diet moving notice? i've already signed up and confessed this morning.

today is a must clean my filthy house today and get rid all of those target bags that have taken over my house!

kay12- i went to WF yesterday and picked up the celestial seasonings tea. the tags said they were on sale till 11/15. i was wondering if we are on the same sale cycle.

There are Dyson's available on Woot.com today. I'm not interested in buying one so I don't know if their price is that good or not.

I guess the Comcast isn't too bad. I've always had them for the most part. I've never had problems with the service just the freaking cost. They never seem to be very affordable and I never seem to qualify for whatever special they advertise. For instance right now they advertise $99/mo for cable, internet and home phone. But we really don't want or need the home phone so we have internet and about 100 channels of HD TV. No dvr because we have our own. It works out to $80 a month. Now I realize that we do pay a small ($10) premium for the HD and that there's a ridiculous amount of tax on the bill but that just seems crazy.

Mediacom has a monopoly where I live. Just cable internet and basic BASIC non-HD cable is over $130 each month, but I can't do without my cable internet.

We have Mediacom too and they are it for us too if you want high speed internet. Check into their VIP package -- phone, cable, internet and they usually offer it to new customers for $100 a month for a year then a little more. Now they are requiring two year contracts or there is a penalty. I just did it to lower my monthly bill. Figured even if I want to cancel my break even point is 6 months. Even though you aren't new, you may qualify if you don't have and haven't recently had phone.

Yikes. That is pricey. The only other option we have seems to be Dishnetwork and you have to sign a one or even two year contract and then have that ugly dish somewhere. It never seems like it goes on the side of the house you don't see much of either.

Not sure which one you bought but the DC24 and DC25 are in the BF ad and you could price adjust or rebuy/return maybe..

Price adjust doesn't work at either store here in Huntsville for Black Friday. I learned THAT hard lesson last BF. Off to find out how much the DC25 Multi-floor will be on BF... ETA: saves me $20. So much for the "lowest price of the season" when I bought it.

question- why is the message box outlined in dark yellow and there are 2 little diagonal lines in the lower right corner? are they supposed to do anything? i've tried clicking and nothing happens. i've seen them somewhere else but don't recall if they are supposed to do something.

didn't really do anything besides watch way too much tv yesterday. so much for housecleaning.

Sorry, I don't have that on my screen. The only yellow up there is the "search" button.

it doesn't turn dull yellow/gold until you click on the message box. i wonder if it's a google chrome thing. i noticed it on the yahoo mail sign-in page but the boxes where already colored when the page opened.

Okay. My number of PM's and notifications do turn that yellow if I hover over them or click on them. And I'm also using Chrome. The only thing I've noticed about that yellow part is that if I hover over it it will split up the number in each category. Like instead of saying I have 3 alerts it will say I have one deal alert and have been quoted twice. I haven't crashed at all recently. I have been unable to load a page or two here and there but I figured it was the increased Black Friday site use and just chalked it up to that. As we get closer to Thanksgiving I just expect SD to be laggy and slow.

Has anyone else's "first unread" button been acting up? I always click on the thread, and then click on that button, and it used to bring me to where I had left off reading. Now when I click it, it brings me to the newest post since I was reading, which is not necessarily where I left off. Very frustrating, because then I have to go back and search to find where I left off.

Is anyone planning to do the Walgreen's deals for Thanksgiving/BF/Sat..3day sale? I am working on a few transactions that I would like to run by someone to double check them. I am concentrating on the moneymakers, that I have q's for. So only a select amont of the products out of the many many they have RR for. If you would like a few transaction scenarios to roll back and forth between, I think I may have a couple figured out. LMK
