There are a lot of old timers here that didn't like being pulled out of the Deals thread... You are new here... I hope that SD does NOT grant your request.
Back in the day when I worked OUTSIDE of the home I had oodles of time to play in TCC...now that I am a domestic engineer, my time is much more limited!

Has anyone ever get a raincheck that has the "choose a subsitute" option on it? If you do choose to use the Rc on a similar item, how does that work? Do they scan the barcode on the RC or do they have to manually modify the price of the substituted item?

Spent yesterday shopping the outside outlet mall in 105* weather
For those of you with Coach purses PLEASE tell me they are worth the $$. I caved and bought one....oh wait, no I bought TWO!! Not really having buyers remorse yet but am really wanting assurance they will last. I have had my current purse for about a year. Bought it at Macy's with cpns and a giftcard (won in a contest). It was a cheapy one ($89 retail), I think I paid about $15 after cpn and gc.
I figure if it can last a year then surely for the price of a Coach, it would last at least that long. I hope...

Anyways I miss the days of $10backpacks..We dished out $60 for one for DS16. I think last years was $50...uggh. Only 2 more years and he will be in College. Doesn't it get cheaper then? haha Yes I know, I have a sophmore in College this year too and no it isn't cheaper but they can buy their own expensive things then if they want them.
The best part was spending some time with the kids away from all the usual disturbances. lol A nice 3 hr drive is a good way to get them to converse with you. It was a wonderful day and well worth the time/money!

I do try and get Coach from the outlets that were from a full price store. I have not been happy with the quality of the 2 made for factory bags that I bought from the online Coach outlet sale. Maybe I just made bad choices.

I actually didn't plan to buy one, let alone 2. But those sale prices were just too good to pass up. I hope I got a deal anyways.
I got the Coach Penelope Linen Signature Multicolor Carryall and Coach Kahki Signature Cross Body Small Messenger. It was so hard to pick and there were soo many people buying them that I wasn't even sure there would be any left by the time I made up my mind. (took me about 30min just to decide). They had alot of really really cute ones, some really colorful fun ones but wanted one that would match just about everything I had.
I have to say that I don't think that I could EVER see myself paying full price for one, no matter how awesome they are. I am much too cheap for that, so I feel really lucky to have found a really good deal on them.
I have walked by the Coach outlet tons of times and always thought that 'one day' I am going to go in just to check them out. lol My wonderful DH was the one to suggest just getting them both, he knew I had been talking about them. And he even thought they were a great deal.
Side note...I couldn't bring myself to get a wallet too. They were almost as much as the purses.

Dillard's has a nice Coach selection and have good sales too. I am nowhere near a Coach outlet. I would love to go and see one time. I am sure it is overwhelming at the selection there.
I have 2 DDs and have bought them Coach for the last 2 Christmas'. They were thrilled and very proud of their bags.
Coach will last a lifetime with a little care. The older Coach leather bags are unlined and you can wash them and apply leather moisturizer and they look like new!
I don't have a Coach purse, but my girlfriend does. I think she has had hers 4+ years. Maybe longer, it feels like she has had that one forever.
