There was a guy that got hit by a car on the road I come home on. I live out in the county. There are street lights ONLY at road intersections. I feel bad for the person that hit (and killed) the guy, but in her defense, how could she see him? It's dark, raining, he's wearing black, no street lights or sidewalks and he is walking in the road (ditch is full of water).

much like my mom when she wasyoung (and she loves dolls) mostly madame aelxanders, I had to buy it for her.

I feel bad for both of them. This is my worst nightmere, we live in suburbia, bicycles,pedestrian,skateboarders, etc...I do Not want to hit them, they seem oblivoius that they become almost invisible in the dark in bad weather and lighting conditions often what I see is the movement before I can see them, even on low speed roads it.s a real concern . We have sidewalks , they don't use them.
Hopefully no charges were pressed.
I really really don't want to be "that" driver.
