L2BM...I think you are in the ATL area, right? I have traveled down your way a couple of times to shop. At least there the update isn't the absolute worst one. Have fun at Myrtle Beach. I used to live there and I sooo wish that I had known how to "shop" at T when I did.
Motorcycle broke down out in the boonies ...ugghhh,the terminal actually snapped off the battery (only two years old) hence we shut it of to get a ice cream wouldn't start, again dh says it wasn't a Harley brand battery thought it looked chintzy when he bought it. Talk about a slick deal though his motorcycle insurance included a free towing plan, and these guys where way more responsive than my AAA.

DD has three months to go. Poor thing is still throwing up all the time. It did get some better in the 2nd trimester but now that she's at the third its back in full force. She is pale and sick and tired all the time. We were supposed to get to Target today to do some baby shopping but she was throwing up so bad I went without her. It was nice though, I haven't been in a couple of weeks and I wasn't rushed and the store wasn't too crowded.
Decorating is nice ,, love the color scheme.

Quick notes...
Mavis had her weight check this morning - came out exactly where doc wanted her, so all is good with that. Next week are her ultrasounds, but I am fairly certain all will be well for that too.
I had a gut feeling the weight was going to be okay...glad to hear it.
Went to my favorite Kroger today. I didn't hear the entire conversation, but it sounds like someone is trying to pass off some fake coupons!
Found out that the kid who stole my phone (kid as in 19/20ish) actually lives in our neighborhood.. Anyway, apparently he is currently residing in jail because 2 days ago he tried to rob a neighbor's house and beat the snot out of/tried to stab the 16 year old kid that was home at the time. :shiver:
THata is frightening ... what this kid is willing to do... I'd leave it alone to as he'll prbly be around the neighborhood after his stay.

It costs mony but I've used some stuff called liquid sandpaper. Home Depot and Lowes carry it in the paint dept .Worked like a charm and is easier.

The tornadoe went to the east of our town. I don't think it became more than a funnel but still. DH had us get in the closet just to see how we'd all fit. Eh, yeah, that didn't work.

I got 3 towels (3.49 each) and one cool lamp (also target home) because it's going in my bathroom. If it doesn't look right it might fnd its way to the living room.

For reference, I am a size 14 now, and have been for several years. I'm not thin like I used to be (except on my MySpace and Facebook
I opened 1 of the lazy susan boxes and pulled out the spec sheet and it clearly says home bath furniture. The other 3 items didn't have anything to pull out of the box.
When I got to the front to check out, I showed a LOD the spec sheet for the lazy susan, so she immediately agreed those were ok to use with the $10 TQs. I showed her the other 3 items and I said I think these are ok, but not sure. She looked at them and said they were fine. Then when I was checking out, she came over and K1'd the $10 TQs with a smile.
I was very happy.
And I think I'm like most of you guys- when something is free or really cheap, I can't resist. And since I'm single, I end up eating all of it. Add in the fact I work at home, the pounds pile on quick. I can't tell if I have no energy because I'm heavy or I'm heavy because I have no energy. I think we would be great support to each other

I bought the wii fit and haven't used it ONCE. I got on it, did the hoola hoop thing for like 20 seconds, then got off and told DH I'd rather sit and watch him do it. It isn't that I don't exercise, it just isn't fun. Give me coupons, target, and 5 hour energy and I can lose 60 pounds. I don't know why. Target motivated me.
Now the updates have hit and I stopped the 5 hour energy. I've gained 3 lbs. in about four days. It makes me physically ill to know I'm a donut and large pizza away from gaining it all back. I refuse to let that happen. I REFUSE!
Okay, so obviously I needed my own pep talk.
oh and if we make a weightloss support group, can we do it away from here? There are certain aspects of losing weight that I think are better left private.

Quick question-has anyone seen the barrel smoker/grill on clearance at their T? It's normally 99.99 and seems to be the only one my T isn't marking down (and is incidentally the only one I want). I'm thinking if some of you have seen it marked down, I might make a little road trip to some other Ts this weekend. TIA!

I don't just get tired, I get that all encompassing "getting out of bed seems ridiculously complex" kind of tired. That's the worst. It's days like that where I'm mildly jealous of my skinny crackhead friends. Except for, you know, the raging drug addiction. But damnit, they have energy!
Oh, count me in on the weight loss challenge, although I just weighed in and have lost 14 pounds in the last 3 weeks.
I'm down 2 pounds in about a week- better than nothing
