Ingredients:
vegetable oil
2 cups of rice
1 1/2 chicken buillon cubes
2 roma tomatoes
garic salt
onion
cumin
salt
Toss the tomatoes, garlic salt, onion, & cumin & cup of water in the blender and blend. Pour the vegetable oil in the pan over medium heat and pour the rice. Stir it around until it's golden looking. Add the sauce and add 1/4 cup of water. Crumble the buillon and stir it in. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
