They are numbered and each has a different email address on them. I guess they just create a lot of email accounts to get so many of these.
I hope they would be for one use and register would not accept a copy. Have not tried to see.
I've hardly eaten in the last 2 days because it seems I am continuously covered in or cleaning up puke. If I'm not down this week when I weigh in then I'm eating a pie. A whole pie. All by myself.
I am very upset with myself. I just opened my last pack of TP. What is wrong with me? I haven't bought TP since January so I guess I just thought I was still good.
I have been good so far today! Well, as far as portion control, not necessarily in WHAT I am eating.

-- spinach, steamed or raw
-- kale, blanched, with a little bit of evoo drizzled in and a generous helping of lemon juice to break down fibers
-- most fruits and veggies with high water content and high fiber. watermelon for example. or grapefruit, too.
-- blueberries, blackberries
-- you want to try to avoid dried fruits, cos you will be consuming much more calorically for a small amount since the water is gone. for example, one cup of raisins is far more calorically intensive than one cup of grapes.
-- fat free, sugar free plain yogurt. the way to make it yummier is to mix in some veggies and chill. then have as a yogurt salad. so for example you can do cukes, some ginger and some parsley. or even mix in some pineapple in that. it's yummy! or do green and red peppers, tomatoes and onions. all chopped fine, so you're really not putting in a ton, with some cayenne pepper and a dash of salt. the protein in the yogurt, plus the fiber in the veggies and the water content in both yogurt and veggies will have you super full!
-- if you like to eat nuts, pistachios are a very good option (raw, unsalted, shelled) because they are high in fiber so very filling.
essentially portion control is really about cutting down your caloric intake. so if you eliminate/reduce calorically dense foods and substitute with water/fiber rich foods, you will be doing the same thing without going hungry. and that's important, because if you are hungry all the time it will become hard/unpleasant to stay on the regime.

but anyways, so do those, prepare your ecbs that way, then on thursday when x/xx come out use one with the ecbs and to get for little/zero oop.

Planned on hitting 2 stores but the first took so long that I only had time for 1 run. It was definitely worth the trip! Used some of my Uncle Ben's BOGOs and $1 MQs. Made for very cheap rice.
Found 5 hr energy drinks on clearance! & 2 free Snuggies made their way into my cart. Oh yeah, towels too. I wish I would've discovered the spa towels before i bought all of the regular HOME brand.
