so it;s gritty. That's why you neede a pedi cure ... they also take care of the bottom and tops of your feet.
DId you run off to pamper your feet ? LOL
also try it w/ good old vaseline. it's probably the cheapest too. i have very dry skin on my shins. sometimes in the winter i have to use vaseline to moisturize. cold cream will work too.
if you wear sandals a lot i think this can be more of a problem. i noticed when i wear sandals more, my feet are drier and the skin gets thicker. i don't get cracks like my friend who goes bare more than me. i wear socks around the house and to sleep most of the yr except summer. i know she doesn't wear socks to sleep.

eta hugs on the foot and heel pain! I often wondered if I have plantar fasciaitis. There were times that my feet would hurt for a good 30 minutes after I woke up, and it went away during pregnancy (duh muscles relaxing). For me, I think it was more fallen arches than anything else. I wear supportive shoes and/or arch supports and it hasn't been much of a problem lately. I know that won't be the case for everyone.

Ank..I'm sorry your little one is still not feeling to well. I had an early September baby, and I swear she was 'sick' for the first 5 months of her life. I wonder if it has something to do with the change of seasons?

After 3 days of sun and breeze and feeling like fall, it poured like crazy today. Had to practically wade through a gigantic puddle in the supermarket parking lot.
A close friend graduated school in August and landed a job today. I have been looking for over 9 months and still haven't found anything. Makes me look and feel horrible.
After stalking my crush on Twitter and Facebook for the last two months, he finally made that all private today.
Finally got on the weight loss train and started my no carb diet this week only to crash it today, eating rice for dinner and having chocolate while watching The Office and Bones. Probably the only highlight of my day. :/

Not much magic going on here. I did manage a decent trip to Kroger the other day - not as good as I wanted because I picked up some coppertone sun screen instead of banana boat so that lost me a $5 catalina, but I got some unexpected overage, so I am just going to leave it be. I was tempted to take back the sunscreen, but I think I'm too lazy. *laugh*
I haven't made a trip to Target yet. It's a bit farther than my Kroger, and every time I have the physical time for it, the kids aren't in any way shape or form in a good enough mood for it! If I could get my toddler to nap when she tells me she's tired, it may make a huge difference!! I think I'm gunshy after my last T trip with the whole meltdown! But... we're at a point where I pretty much HAVE to go shopping. Just used up the last of the produce in our fridge tonight for stir fry.
Probably no T for me today. I did get to go last night. Dumb me forgot to bring along the Home bathroom Qs. Thankfully I had the RE ones, since there was TONS of clearance for that!! Literally endcaps full of RE bathroom clearance. Hoping to get back there today or tomorrow, but our weekend is pretty jam-packed.
On an unrelated note, lots of Home towels were marked down to 2.48.
OK, I must get off here and clean my house. Family coming in tonight for the weekend, and it must be at least a little bit presentable.
