Baby problem

So my neighbor moved in like 3 weeks ago and she has a baby that cries all night nonstop and since are houses are close together

Is there anything legally I can do to get her to keep the little bastard quiet

Well... baby's do cry. Their your neighbors. Love them as yourself. What would you want someone to do if you were in their place?


BTW: I have friends with kids who were trying the "let the baby cry it out" method of going to sleep and the police were called to do a check on the house/infant. The police would not leave until they saw that the child was all right. When they saw the child was all right and that the parents weren't abusing the child, there is nothing else the police can do to make the baby stop crying. They will not fine the parents... in our town at least.
