There are a ton of stock photography sites, but you're looking for more of a graphic design thing, right?

Then there is non-micro-stock sites (like real sites that sell photos/graphic design). They cost a lot more.
The two sites that come to my mind are istockphoto.com and alamy.com (micro-stock and regular stock).
Or... you can always go to flickr and find a picture you like, email the photographer/graphic designer and ask to use it for free. Some of them will let you
