This is exactly how this kind of thing happens. Children should be forgiven a certain amount of mistakes.
What kind of grown person uses the word "whore" to describe a 13 year old girl? I guess the answer (for me) is - not the kind of person I want to hear from.
Parents need to use features like on sprint you can view picture mail sent or received online.
Secondly why the hell would a girl include and recognizAble features in a farking sext.

I know that it isn't PC, or even chivalrous, but what would have solved this right quick is if some figure of authority would have slapped those girls' sh!t when they where out of line. I mean smack then around so much they're sucking their thumb in the corner, right in front of everyone. Prop won't hear anything out of them after one or two times of that.

yes kids will be kids and they can find another way, but it would make it harder to do so.

I think both ideas are probably true but I lean towards the former being the major culprit. I think kids these days have their self esteem so artificially inflated (everyone gets a trophy) and their egos so sheltered and protected (they can never answer a question WRONG... they are just thinking differently...) that they have really lost the ability to deal with criticism and attacks on either their self esteem or their ego.

As far as referring to you as a kid, I was going by your responses. In my mind, it's kinda like this:
Principal: Wuzzy, did 'jane' send you a photo of her breasts?
Wuzzy: yes.

Wuzzy: yes, but it's not my fault. She shouldn't have done it in the first place. if she hadn't I wouldn't have had it to send, so don't blame me.
Principal: Shuri, did you post 'jane's breasts on the internet?"

Shuri: Because Wuzzy sent it to me. It's not my fault, she should have never sent the pic to Wuzzy in the first place. It's her fault I posted them on the internet.

so yes, I think your line of reasoning is on the same level as the middle school kids. To say it's her fault that she was tortured by an entire school for something she sent to one person is her fault is childish. Bad judgement on her part, but no excuse for the behaviour of all the other kids that participated.

and add that if the school social worker knew things were bad enough to have her sign a 'no harm' contract, then why were none of the kids disciplined, their parents notified of what they were doing and why were the girl's parents not notified?
