For a show on a non premium cable channel, I thought it was very good. I never read the comic, so I don't know how it compares, but I'll be watching every Sunday. pisses me off that I don't get AMC in HD though.

I've never read the comics but since the writing on this show isn't all that stellar -- I can warrant a guess that Season 2 will end with death of Shane. The walking zombie in the field all alone was a big big foreshadow.

I really would like to read the comics but don't want to spend a fortune on them and my library doesn't stock them. laugh out loud Go figure. Need to find a local zombie nerd to loan them to me. Scratchchin

define fortune? It will cost about $150 to read the comics on my iPad...done with vol. 1 and 2.
