Did you watch?

For a show on a non premium cable channel, I thought it was very good. I never read the comic, so I don't know how it compares, but I'll be watching every Sunday. pisses me off that I don't get AMC in HD though.

I disagree. Just because you enter the realm of creative fantasy doesn't mean you throw out all the rules of real life unless you present a foundation for why those rules are different. This is presented as near-reality just based on it's locations and time setting...of course some suspension of disbelief is in order due to the subject, but it doesn't mean we should just disregard shitty continuity and poor character development...they pulled it off pretty damn well in the first and much of the 2nd season, so why should we not expect the same quality now?

I concur with your other responses.

Not they should make any special shopping trip just for two-way radios and batteries but recall when they were in the store with the roof top walkers, Glenn snagged a Polaroid camera which later he used on Maggie. Photo Perhaps the store and other like it were looted of all two-way radios and batteries.

Yeah, I mean it's definitely something they could consider.

But then again, sure enough, if you're out somewhere trying to be quiet around walkers, that walkie would start screeching and crackling at the least opportune time Wink

The governor's dudes took down some National Guard guys, surely they'd have had two-ways...didn't they loot Woodberry when they brought the refugees? Not to mention, why have they not secured some actually useful vehicles like a deuce and a half or a Hummer?

Well, remember that when they looted Woodbury, every single person that the Governor deemed able enough to fight was out with him on the hunt - surely that team would have had most of the tactical supplies, I reckon.

Perhaps, but you think he was that frugal? The implication was they were regularly sending scavenger teams, it's reasonable to expect that he would have secured more than a single action's worth of supplies and equipment...

I didn't know Hyundai made the Hummer?

But clearly their car choices are half ass created by someone that just doesn't care...the bike...the Charger...they are all stupid.

You'd be getting small, compact cars for simple transportation in caravans and 4x4s for solo trips...not motorcycles. The minivan makes sense too, could fit a lot of people into that and they get decent MPG. i thought the Taurus that Lori smashed was a decent choice also.
I hate that freaking motorcycle.
