Question
It's not me cheating so is there anything wrong with it? A couple of people have told me it's wrong and made it sound like I am evil but they can't really tell me why with anything other than emotional reactions. So what's up?

I agree with you. It's not that you would be wrong in dating a married woman. You would have some culpability. However, the person who would or should hold more of the blame would be the married person.
But, as seen right here on this thread, ppl tend to attack the mistress or lover. When, in reality, they are the single one. They're not married and didn't take any marriage vows.
If your friends know, its bad. The more people that know....the quicker it becomes public knowledge.
Should have kept this a dirty little secret for only her and you to know.
Is it the best choice? IMO, no. Doesn't say a lot about the woman. She's also going to look to you for support when she eventually leaves the husband. Bad situation sir, very bad situation.
It's said that it's one kind of wrong to do something you know is wrong, and it's another entirely to do something you know is wrong and lead others along with you. You are not only dating a married woman, you're allowing and inviting her to have an affair with you by your tacit compliance.
No amount of grammatical gymnastics you attempt to perform can escape that singular fact.

I just don't see how I am culpable. It's not like I made her cheat. If not me then it would be someone else is the way I look at it....but I'm glad it's me.
We are careful so her husband does not find out. It isn't that difficult. It requires going to places that aren't on the most popular 'see to be seen' loop so that is fine because we try different restaurants and I know the thread count of the hotels in the area now.
Believe me, I was in that situation when I was in college. I got emotionally involved with a married girl who was in a bad marriage. She was only 21 when she got married. And, he was like in his mid 30's. Was I wrong to be in that relationship? Yes, but we never had sexual relations....only an emotional bond. But, now that I'm older, I know that I could have approached it better.
No her husband doesn't know.
You're helping the chick to get away with cheating on her husband, therefore you're an accessory to adultery.
OP you know what I have found is always the best way to figure out if something you're doing is wrong? If the shoe were on the other foot and you were in a marriage that was falling apart, would you care if another dude was banging your wife? If you wouldn't want it to happen to you, then it's wrong for you to do it to someone else. Good rule of thumb.
