Forgot to mention in all my laughing at the shenanigans but my dd (the not very smart one) LMAO got invited to the gifted program! Whee They must have lowered their standards greatly or they put a lot of stock in her new teacher's recommendation but at any rate - I am one excited mama! Roll You know how you have one kid that is super super smart and the other that is consistently....I don't know.....average? Well, that has always been my 2nd one (of course we don't tell her that). Her older sister is a freaking genius and my poor baby DD #2 has always been left out of all that. Hoping this is the boost she needs to rise to that level b/c I have long suspected she's smarter than she pushes herself to be.
